English for work, for study, and for daily life.
An English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) class is for people who have come to the UK to live.
The classes are part-time and will help you with your speaking, listening, reading and writing.
We have classes in Oxford, Abingdon, Witney and Bicester.
Oxford classes have moved to:
The St. Clement's Centre, Cross Street, Oxford, OX4 1DA and
The Westgate Library in the city centre.
Some lessons are online.
Most ESOL courses start in September, January and April.
First, you will have a meeting so that we can decide your level. Classes start at Beginner level and go up to Level 2 Functional Skills or GCSE (Advanced). We will do our best to find a class that is the right level for you.
After your course, you can continue on to a higher level.
ESOL classes cost £100 - £140 approximately (depending on the number of lessons). Classes may be free if you do not have a job and are on certain benefits, or if you have a low wage.
