English for work, for study, and for daily life.

An English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) class is for people who have come to the UK to live.

The classes are part-time and will help you with your speaking, listening, reading and writing.

Our main centre is in Oxford. We also have classes in Abingdon and Witney.

Lessons are in the morning, afternoon or evening, Monday to Friday.

Some lessons are online.

English courses start in September or February and most are for 15 weeks approximately.

First, you will have a meeting so that we can decide your level. Classes start at Entry 1 (Beginner level) and go up to Level 2 Functional Skills or GCSE (Advanced).

After your course, you can continue on to a higher level.

ESOL classes cost £100 - £170 approximately (depending on the number of lessons). Classes may be free if you do not have a job and are on certain benefits, or if you have a low wage.

We will do our best to find a class that is the right level for you.

We are able to translate written messages in other languages and we may also able to provide interpreters to guide you through the interview and application processes.
