This workshop provides an opportunity to discuss the changes and symptoms experienced during the menopause. It will explore some holistic approaches that can help you feel good at this time of life.
In order to avoid disappointment, it is advisable to enrol at least 2½ weeks prior to the course starting. We will confirm course information two weeks prior to the start date.
Who is this workshop for?Anyone who is looking to find out more about what happens during the menopause and the various symptoms that can arise during this time. It aims to help people find ways to support themselves or others around them, and ways to manage symptoms during this time of change. What the workshop will cover: This workshop is for women who are approaching the menopause, are going through the menopause or who are interested in learning about what to expect. It provides an opportunity to explore what causes these changes and challenges that happen during menopause, both physical and emotional, and ways of managing them.
Course OutcomesBy the end of this course you will be able to:
• recognise what happens at menopause• identify what causes the changes and challenges of the menopause• identify ways to manage changes caused by the menopause
