You have been on a journey of learning that has taken you through the basics of the language. Now is the time to really expand that base with the first of the fluency courses. You will drive these courses as this is all about taking a topic you want to work with and unfolding and expanding it so that you begin to feel like you are becoming immersed in your discussions and thoughts. This is about practising in a safe environment to help you on your further engagement with the language and the culture.
Please note that this course is planned to be delivered online using Microsoft Teams. Access details will be sent through upon course confirmation. In order to avoid disappointment, it is advisable to enrol at least 2½ weeks prior to the course starting. We will confirm course information two weeks prior to the start date.
This is a course for those who will already be able to talk fairly confidently in the present, past, future and conditional tenses. You may understand references to the subjunctive mood although you may not be confident in using it. There are no formal entry requirements however this is a course for those who have already studied the language at school for three to four years, or followed a course for 200 hours.
