The purpose of this 6 hours workshop is to enjoy making Washosu and communicate in the Japanese language! The instruction and recipes are primarily in Japanese, and you will be making 3 different home-style Washoku.
This course is recommended for learners who can communicate in Japanese (above Improvers level).
You will need to bring your ingredients (approximate cost £15-20). You will receive a list of ingredients ten days before the workshop. Please inform me if you are vegan or vegetarian, and I can suggest a vegan or vegetarian option. Please advise me if you are allergic to nuts, sesame, and some pulses.
