This course is a progression from our Pathways, Gateway and Fast Forward courses for identified learners with a current Education Health and Care Plan who may need support into the world of work.

Student will spend 3 days per week in work supported by a Job Coach and 1 day per week in College developing English and maths related to employment and developing employability skills.

Full Time (16 hours per week) paid employment
Places on these courses are coordinated through the EHCP Consultation process via Oxfordshire County Council SEN team. Students will also be assessed during transition meetings to be able to confirm a Pathways placement.
As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate. Bursaries may also available to cover the cost of some trips.
