Pathways - Living Independently

Personalised according to students needs but will cover topics such as using public transport, handling money, cooking skills, personal health, and hygiene, keeping safe and communication skills

At an appropriate time depending on progress made against EHCP outcomes students could transition into Supported Living, Adult Social Care or Adult Learning

Places on these courses are coordinated through the EHCP Consultation process via Oxfordshire County Council SEN team. Students will also be assessed during transition meetings to be able to confirm a Pathways placement.

As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate. Bursaries may also available to cover the cost of some trips.
