Find out more about the theory and concept of NLP. From its invention to its current everyday use worldwide. We will look at its uses and how it works. Plus, watch videos of the greats such as Richard Bandler in action with time for discussions. A good chance to try out this interesting subject in a safe environment.
This course offers an opportunity to look at how we handle CHANGE in our lives. Building our success with some good goal setting examples and actions. It includes time to reflect on our own limiting beliefs and phobias in general and how to overcome negative self-talk; opening our thinking from making generalisations. Find out about anchoring to feel confident with an opportunity to practice and put it all together. A book list for further reading will be provided. It is a friendly, fun course with lots of guided, inclusive sessions in a safe environment.
