Do you have difficulty following a conversation even though you may wear a hearing aid? If you have become deaf or hard of hearing then practising lipreading can really improve communication. Coming to a lipreading class can help you learn to manage your hearing loss in a relaxed atmosphere.
You will have learned some basic skills and now are starting to feel more comfortable. Or you may be returning to learning after a break and need a refresher. Either way you will continue to work at recognising the shape of sound and learning to define words as represented by movement. Working together in a fun environment with support from peers and tutor alike you will grow in confidence and be able to pick up ever more complex words and phrases.
Please note there will be no teaching sessions on 18/02/2020, 07/04/2020, 14/04/2020 and 26/05/2020
