A good starting point to learn more about the concept of Life Coaching and how it can help you in life. You will learn the latest techniques from a qualified Life Coach and Careers Coach with many years’ experience in this field. She has worked with clients in business, schools, colleges, universities and job centres. She has helped over 300 clients to discover how they can break free from their own inner negative thoughts and not only help themselves achieve their goals but also help others to achieve their goals.
In order to avoid disappointment, it is advisable to enrol at least 2½ weeks prior to the course starting. We will confirm course information two weeks prior to the start date.
This course offers an opportunity to practice new skills in a fun environment. It can enable you to learn to assess your life, learn to listen and help others come to terms with changes they may want to make in their lives too.
The course will offer a definition of Life Coaching, the benefits of life coaching and will include looking above the line and below at how we behave. Find out more about some models and methods including the ‘GROW’ model, Wheel of Life, the meaning of ‘Be-Do-Have’ and how this can help in one’s own life. Explore some goal setting models including short and long-term goals. Also gain rapport and consider the impact one’s self-limiting beliefs may have.
The course offers a good chance to try this new, exciting field, in a fun and safe environment. Why not come along and meet new learners and develop your new-found skills in a safe environment.

Tea/Coffee are available to make, with a small charge. To reduce the use of single-use plastic water bottles/cups, there is a watercooler on site making it easy to refill your water bottle. Free parking.
