A follow-on course from the Learn how to be a life coach – improvers and a good starting point to learn more about Life Coaching and gain further skills needed to become a successful Life Coach. Have an opportunity to work on your assertiveness and self-confidence. Practice your coaching skills with feedback from an experienced coach. You will need a desire to examine new models & methods for moving yourself forward. Why not come along and meet new learners and develop your new-found skills in a safe environment.
In order to avoid disappointment, it is advisable to enrol at least 2½ weeks prior to the course starting. We will confirm course information two weeks prior to the start date.
Review the basic Skills of the life coach gained from the introduction and improver courses and gain further skills needed to become a successful coach. Learn about the push/pull coaching style.
Learn the DISC Model, how it works and discover your own DISC profile. This model is used by recruiters to identify the suitable candidates for the jobs.Identify your strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threats with the SWOT analysis. Gain useful information about opening your own business coaching. Create your own business plan with the Business Canvas model. Use the STAR model to make your case during a presentation challenge.
Learn about the SWOT analysis and create your own personal SWOT analysis. Learn where coaching can be applied. How coaching can be applied in business. Put your new skills into action in a fun environment and gain feedback from the tutor on your own coaching session. Create your own action plan with your next steps.
Review the latest YouTube videos and blogs - Anthony Robbins and Lisa Nicholls, the Secret film and discussion. A list is provided along with the latest videos and Ted talks to continue independent learning.
Gain information about making a living as a Coach.
