This course is designed for both managers and team leaders who are newly promoted, or those who are aiming for a managerial position in the near future, and is a Blended Learning course, which requires some sessions in college in addition to online learning.

This qualification is highly regarded and has become something of an industry standard for supervisory management, helping to link all aspects of management theory to the student’s workplace, and has been run for many years having been commended by the ILM.

Running over twelve academic weeks, the online learning programme has been developed with ease and flexibility in mind; providing high-level teaching and support that is coupled with the latest online learning techniques.
