It is planned that this course will be running online, using Teams, for the Spring Term.
This is the follow on course from beginners introduction and should only be considered if you have completed the introduction course or feel comfortable enough to be able to read and /or write basic hiragana or katakana and some basic Kanji
Course Content
You will learn both Kana scripts and more Kanji characters will be introduced. You will be able to start to develop basic conversations and a deeper understanding of protocol through demonstrations and practical exercises. By the end of the course you should feel confident about the basics of numbers, dates and times, introductions, occupations, travel, locations and hobbies. There will be two presentations on a topic of your own choice which you will develop with the tutor.
Please note there will be no teaching sessions on 15/02/21, 05/04/21, 12/04/21, 03/05/21 and 31/05/21
