Did you know that as well as our physical body we also have a subtle energetic body with its own anatomy? This body is known as the aura and within it we have seven major energy centres known as the chakras, which are responsible for mediating the interaction between our bodies and the external environment.
In order to avoid disappointment, it is advisable to enrol at least 2½ weeks prior to the course starting. We will confirm course information two weeks prior to the start date.
Who is this workshop for?Anyone who is interested in learning more about Chakras and wanting to find a more natural or holistic way of life and living.
What the workshop will cover: This workshop will provide participants with an opportunity to explore the seven major chakras and the role they play. There is the chance to practise sensing our own and each other's energy field and learn how to correct imbalances using various techniques including chanting, visualisation, crystals, aroma, and journaling.
You will be able to learn about the subtle energy bodies and the chakras and explore chakras through journaling and meditation. It is possible to learn how to sense the energy field and learn simple techniques for chakra balancing
Course OutcomesBy the end of this course you will be able to:
• recognise the seven major chakras and the role they play• practise sensing your own and other’s energy field• explore ways to correct imbalances using various techniques
