Learn how to give a relaxing Indian Head Massage to friends and family.
Who is this workshop for?Anyone who is interested in learning more about Indian Head massage to relieve tension and provide a deeply calming and relaxing massage.
What the workshop will cover: This workshop will provide participants with an opportunity to learn the practical techniques and skills necessary to safely give an Indian head massage to family and friends. There is a chance to practise self-massage techniques and discuss suitable oils that can be used to continue to practise at home. Indian head massage works on the upper back, shoulders, and face, as well as the head. The workshop will include how to give a seated Indian head massage over clothing, without the use of oils.
Please bring a bottle of water and a cushion or pillow. Please bring lunch with you.
