This qualification does not provide a licence to practise, but may support progression into a range of job roles in the health and social care sector. You can apply to further study on our Access to HE provision.

You must be aged 19+. Level 1 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent. A clear DBS as you will need to organise 30 hours work experience in a Health and Social Care setting. This can either be in a paid or unpaid capacity. An interview is required prior to enrolment.

As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate. Bursaries may also available to cover the cost of some trips.
