Drawing on - improvers C is the final part of a two-year long, six-term drawing course. You can regard the course as a whole or use different terms as a stand-alone course.
This course facilitates, through active self-discovery, the acquisition of new drawing skills and techniques and an improvement in drawing ability.
To offer the opportunity for learners to drawing outdoors, in a public domain, if the weather permits.
In order to avoid disappointment, it is advisable to enrol at least 2½ weeks prior to the course starting. We will confirm course information two weeks prior to the start date.
Learn a wide range of drawing skills and techniques, including drawing outdoors if weather permits.
Introduction to Aerial Perspective in preparation for drawing on location. Transformative and imaginative drawing from household objects. Draw plants and foliage in preparation to drawing on location. Draw clouds, water and reflection. Draw on location.
Please bring to the first session: A3 or A4 paper, pencils and charcoal putty rubber.
Please note there will be no teaching sessions on: 01/06/2022.
Tea/Coffee are available to make, with a small charge. To reduce the use of single-use plastic water bottles/cups, there is a watercooler on site making it easy to refill your water bottle.Free parking.
