You will have opportunity to draw from natural forms in detail, producing studies, or explore depth through landscape composition. We will explore the use of different dry materials: pencils, charcoal, pastels and experiment with some watercolour washes. The course is structured to introduce use of techniques and different media with a focus on development of your work and ideas with an experienced tutor. Working as a group initially to gain confidence in producing your own range of sketchbook work as well as more finished pieces.
