For learners who wish to discover their level in maths and develop further strategies by working through appropriate level practice papers and problems. There is an opportunity to signpost learners to participate in an accredited course from September 2023.
In order to avoid disappointment, it is advisable to enrol at least 2½ weeks prior to the course starting. We will confirm course information two weeks prior to the start date.
Learners wanting to work toward and progress onto a Functional Skills qualification at Level 1 or Level 2 will have an opportunity to develop practical skills necessary to use maths in life, study and work. It will strengthen confidence and knowledge and equip the learner with a maths toolkit to help in everyday life. The course will support the individual learner and offers an opportunity to work at your own pace to enable you to feel comfortable to explore maths in a safe learning environment.

Tea/Coffee are available to make, with a small charge. There is a watercooler on site making it easy to refill your water bottle. Free parking.
