Join us in this mini tour of Italy! Listen to the story of the perfect marriage between pasta shapes and sauces whilst you make and roll out at least three types of fresh pasta with or without eggs. Learn the secrets of the perfect asparagus risotto and master the art of gnocchi cooked ‘alla Sorrentina’ with tomatoes, basil and melted smoked mozzarella.
