Discover how to make realistic wired sugar flowers from icing to decorate a celebration cake. This one day workshop is a beginner’s course aimed at teaching you how to use flower paste icing to create simple sugar roses, gerberas, leaves and small blossoms. By the end of the day you will have a small posy of flowers which you can keep for a future special occasion.
You will create a small posy of sugar flowers including gerberas, a rose, leaves and blossoms. You will learn how to roll out flower paste icing, how to use cutters to make petals, how to make pulled flowers, how to create realistic leaves using cutters and a leaf veiner.
