You will learn how to make existing, established street food style dishes from North India. For the duration of the course, you will have the opportunity to observe a tutor led, master class where you will learn about spices and regional dishes of India. With guidance and support from our experienced tutor you will be able to cook a new dish each week to take home and enjoy with your family.
In order to avoid disappointment, it is advisable to enrol at least 2½ weeks prior to the course starting. We will confirm course information two weeks prior to the start date.
Each week you will explore and complete some of the following dishes:
• Pakoras• Aloo tikki • Samosas• Jalebi• Choley puri • Bread pakoras • Papri chat• Dal Vada• Dahi Bhaia & mater chaat
We will let you know what ingredients/equipment you will need to bring for the first session.
