You have been on a journey of learning that has taken you through the basics of the language. Now is the time to really expand that base with the first of the fluency courses.
This course is for those of you who have studied the language at least to Intermediate level and would like to continue practicing the language by learning new vocabulary as well as new grammar structures. It is about practising in a safe environment to help you on your further engagement with the language and the culture.
This course will focus mainly on speaking and listening. During the course, you will learn grammar structures for more fluent conversation and for writing short compositions on learned topics, to develope further basic skills in reading and writing.
All of the topics will enable you to learn to discuss and express your own opinion in a greater depth from different perspectives. The course will equip students with some knowledge on radicals for better understanding of the Chinese characters reading and writing. We will also introduce some culture/traditions alongside the festivals, common sayings and taboos.
