This qualification aims to develop the learner’s understanding of a variety of well-being topics and the impact they can have.

This qualification is designed for learners with an interest in developing knowledge of their own and others’ well-being. The qualification aims to develop the learner’s understanding of a variety of well-being topics and the impact they can have and to further knowledge of a variety of topics relating to personal well-being.The objectives of this qualification are to help learners understand the impact lifestyle choices can have
and make informed, healthy choices.

Introduction to stress and stress management
Develop an awareness of mental health
Develop an awareness of substance misuse
Introduction to alcohol awareness for the individual
Dementia awareness
Level 1 Diploma in Counselling. Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills
No formal entry requirements required
Trips and visits may be offered as part of your programme of study but these will be optional and fees will be collected throughout the duration of the course. Details of cost will be provided during the enrolment process if not already above.
