During this interesting and new course, you will learn that psychology and coaching are much closer than some people think. In combining the two subjects in a practical way you will have the opportunity to develop a basic understanding of people and how they act in day to day situations.
You will learn why coaching is not therapy and some principles of how through coaching you can find purpose and direction in life. You will learn how to use Mind Maps to coach others and ourselves. In learning how to self-examine how you and others function and what holds you back you will practice new skills in a fun and safe environment. You will look into how the GROW model can help improve your ability to reach personal and professional milestones as well as looking at the work of some contemporary practitioners.
Tea/Coffee are available to make, with a small charge. In order to reduce the use of single-use plastic water bottles/cups, there is a watercooler on site making it easy to refill your water bottle.Free parking.
