Aimed at all those who handle food in catering and hospitality environments.

This one day course provides delegates with a good understanding and knowledge of food safety as required by current legislation. Also aimed at those in the industry who need a refresher.

No formal entry requirements required
Trips and visits may be offered as part of your programme of study but these will be optional and fees will be collected throughout the duration of the course. Details of cost will be provided during the enrolment process if not already above.
