Vice Principal Partnerships and Enterprise

Natalie Pierre-Davis brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience across education, skills, employer engagement and commercial strategy.

Throughout her career, Natalie has developed strategic partnerships and led commercial and funded programmes that connect education with the needs of employers and local communities. She has worked closely with businesses, public sector organisations and regional stakeholders to create opportunities that support economic growth while improving outcomes for learners.

Natalie is passionate about the role further education plays in helping individuals realise their potential while supporting the long-term success of businesses and communities. She believes colleges are uniquely placed to bring together employers, educators and partners to develop the skills, confidence and opportunities that enable people and organisations to thrive.

"Education has the power to transform lives, but it also has the power to shape the future of our communities and our economy. At a time of significant change in the skills landscape, colleges have a unique opportunity to work alongside employers and partners to develop the talent, ambition and innovation our region needs to thrive. I'm proud to be part of that."

As Vice Principal for Partnerships and Enterprise, Natalie leads the College's employer engagement, partnerships, marketing, enterprise and commercial development. Her focus is on strengthening strategic relationships, creating opportunities for learners and employers, and ensuring the College continues to play a leading role in developing the skills and partnerships that will support Oxfordshire's future prosperity.
