If you have been made an offer but not yet heard from us, please email:

cit.enquiries@abingdon-witney.ac.uk

I’ve been made an offer – what happens next?

You will receive an email from cit.enrolments@abingdon-witney.ac.uk asking if Abingdon & Witney College is your First Choice. From now on email will be the main form of communication with you.

Collecting additional information to help with your experience at College

If you answer 'Yes' to indicating that we are your First Choice, you will then be asked to log-in to the enrolment area of the website to give us some additional information. You will be asked for contact details for two people (if you are 18 or under) that the College can contact in an emergency or for anything else related to your course. Please be aware that these people will be contacted to confirm the details are correct and that we can hold them confidentially within our College Information System.

Please do not pay any fees at this point; you will be asked to do this after results day on 20th August.

If you have forgotten your password, remove any details you have entered in the username or password boxes and click the forgotten password link – enter you email address when asked and a link will be sent to you to reset your password.

If you have forgotten your username please contact us at cit.enquiries@abingdon-witney.ac.uk or phone 01235 216400

Exam Results Day

You should have now received your results via email. Please check the email account that you used to apply for a course, including any junk/spam folders, before contacting us.

If you have still not received your results, please contact our Exams team:

cit.exams@abingdon-witney.ac.uk

If you have met the entry requirements, we will contact you to confirm the course you have been enrolled to - this will include your timetable for the first two weeks. You will need to reply to us confirming that you intend to join the course in September. Before you start you will need to pay any fees due.

If you have not met the entry requirements then the College will contact you about an alternative course or to help you decide what to do next.

If you are not sure that we are your First Choice we will contact you again to give you the opportunity to ask more questions or make us your First Choice.

Completing your enrolment

You will be asked to provide ID in person (ideally photographic), this will be checked against the details you have given previously and if all is OK you will be given an ID badge to be worn at all times when on Campus.

You will also be sent a document containing the personal details we hold for you as well as your course details; this will need to be thoroughly checked and agreed by you as the student and your Parent/Guardian/Carer and the Tutor.

This should complete your enrolment!
