Oxfordshire Resilience Programme

Taking care of our mental health is as important as taking care of our physical health yet too often the reality of day-to-day life can cause us to neglect our mental wellbeing. Oxfordshire Resilience Programme aims to offer opportunities to take this time back and focus on good mental health.

We offer a range of workshops and short courses designed to contribute to a high level of positive mental health. We are also pleased to promote other services within Oxfordshire that offer support to people dealing with mental ill health. Together, we aim to cultivate resilience and the ability to recognize, understand and maintain positive mental health throughout Oxfordshire.
