Have you been out of work for some time and want to make your way back into a career? Do you struggle to find jobs you are qualified for, or find you’re up against too many other applicants?

We have a range of fully funded courses that could really make a difference in your life, providing you with training and that all-important qualification at the end which makes you stand out. The best thing is, depending on your eligibility – they are entirely FREE!

🔴 Level 1 Extended Award in Health and Social Care

This extended award is the ideal route into a career in the health and social care services or for those who are currently employed and what to develop more skills. The course takes place throughout June at either our Abingdon campus or at your workplace (depending on facilities), and covers important topics such as health and safety, mental health, and dementia awareness.

🔴 Level 1 Extended Award in Childcare

If you work or would like to work in a nursery or other early years environment, then this extended award is geared towards helping you improve your childcare skills. Dates for the course are in June and July, and can be studied at our Abingdon or Witney campuses.

🔴 Level 1 Extend Award in Learning, Employability and Progression

This six-day course combines essential employability skills like CV and application writing, interview techniques with an introduction to the skills required for working in a customer-facing role. Through activities and discussion, you will work towards a fantastic qualification to get you up and running and into a career. Dates are available in June and the course is run at our Abingdon campus.
