Learning Centre & Study Resources

Whether you’re looking for the latest academic text for your course, a quiet place to study, or access to DVDs, audio books and more, the College’s Learning Centre provides students with support, advice and resources to help them with their studies.

The Learning Centre in Abingdon is open to both full-time and part-time students, including those undertaking Oxfordshire Adult Learning courses. The Learning Centre is split across two levels, with a dedicated lift to provide access to the quiet working area and non-fiction resources upstairs. Students can request books and other learning materials to be sent to a college campus of their choice, by phone and email. All students can access a wealth of online resources from any College site.

The INFObus at Common Leys Farm, opposite the Animal Care unit, is a satellite service that houses a variety of resources and is also used by the College’s Careers Advisers and for counselling. This can be accessed outside opening hours by talking to reception.
