We want to ensure a safe environment for our students and take the protection of personal data very seriously. Abingdon and Witney College is committed to a policy of protecting the rights and privacy of all its stakeholders (including staff and students), in accordance with the Data Protection Act. To comply with the law, information about individuals is collected and used fairly, stored safely and securely and not disclosed to any third party unlawfully. Wherever possible, personal or sensitive data will not be disclosed unless the individual has given their express consent. This may include information regarding attendance and college fees (and any other related information) and the law applies to everyone requesting such data, including parents, other relatives, guardians and employers.
