Abingdon & Witney College offers high quality recordings at budget prices. When you book a session with us, we provide everything you need. The price includes an experienced recording engineer to manage your session.

Our Studio Facilities

Our professional high-tech studios were designed and installed by Studio Schemes. We use high-end, industry-standard equipment from Digidesign, Mackie, AKG, Neumann, Roland, Rode, Korg, TL Audio, Sony, Apple, Behringer, TC Electronics, Zoom, Technics and Boss.
We have a live room complete with baby grand piano, a large control room with a Sony desk, an excellent vocal booth and two smaller project studios.

Music Production Suites

38 music production stations across PC and Mac classrooms. Each station includes a controller keyboard, mixing desk and sound module. The software includes Cubase, Pro Tools HD, Logic Studio, Melodyne Studio, Reason 4 and Recycle.
Control Room and Project Studios
Sony DMX R-100 Desk (with 5.1 mixing environment), Mackie desks and monitors. Analogue multi-track recorder. TL Audio valve processor, TC Electronics outboard, Roland synthesisers, Korg synthesisers and samplers.
Music Tech control room
Live Room
Yamaha C3 grand piano, acoustic/classical/electric/bass guitars, congas and percussion, didgeridoo, Technics 1210 turntables, vinyl collection, Pearl Export drum kit.
Microphones
AKG, Neumann, SE Electronics, Shure, Rode.
